There are several ways in which you can make a purchase.

1 - Postal Orders.

If you do not have an official order form, please printout and complete the proforma Purchase Order by clicking here and use one of the above methods.

3 - FAX your orders

If you are an educational establishment, you can fax your purchase order to us on

We will process your order and invoice your establishment accordingly.

4 - Payment.

Unless you are ordering on behalf of an educational establishment, Full Payment is required with the order.  Schools, colleges and universities etc, can fax an order to us and we will invoice you accordingly.

We are VAT registered. All prices shown are excluding VAT at the current rate.

If you require to be invoiced, please contact us. Our terms for invoiced orders are payment in full on receipt of the software. Any goods purchased through the invoiced system, remain the property of Techknowledgey until full payment has been made.

If you require to pay via the BACS system, the information you require can be found on the proforma Purchase Order (found here) or emailed to you on request. Please use the Contact Us page available at the bottom of the main menu.

5 - Delivery

Delivery of software products will be between 5 - 10 days after we receive your Purchase Order form and payment.
Should you not receive the software with that time frame, please contact us immediately as we will do our best to identify and rectify the problem.

Delivery of hardware can take longer depending on your geographical location but we will do our best to ensure it will arrive within 2 weeks from receipt of your order and payment.
